Solution Highlights

EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System

Spatial Proteomics

The EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System provides a comprehensive solution for tissue imaging, enabling researchers to perform high-resolution, multiplex imaging in a single round. This system supports a wide range of dyes and tissue labeling methods, allowing for detailed examination of cellular diversity and protein targets. With its advanced imaging capabilities and efficient workflow, the EVOS S1000 provides enhanced contextual understanding leading to more comprehensive insights into disease mechanisms, cellular functions, and therapeutic targets.

Spectral technology

Convenient image acquisition of up to 9-plex, acquire, unmix and stitch images for whole slide imaging using the on-board software. An unmixing quality metrics report ensures the accuracy and reliability of the multiplex imaging data with qualitative and quantitative parameters. This enhances the overall integrity of the research and supports robust scientific conclusions.

Resolution

High resolution pre-set objectives (2.5x, 10x and 20x) and more available for customization. High performance sCMOS camera produce highly resolved images, that enable the identification of intricate multiplexed staining patterns within tissues.

Multimodal

This widefield spectral imaging system combines spectral fluorescence, transmitted brightfield, phase contrast, and colour brightfield detection.

Service and support

The Invitrogen EVOS S1000 Spatial Imaging System is offered with additional service benefits and spatial imaging reagents to ensure a more comprehensive user experience. These include installation and training, extended service coverage, and the Aluora Spatial Amplification Reagents. This kit contains all reagent components needed to perform 9-plex tyramide-based amplification detection for 100 slides.
