Abnova™ Fluorescent Dye 350-I Streptavidin
Description
Protein conjugates prepared with Fluorescence Dye 350-I are bright with fluorescence unaffected by pH in the physiological range (pH 4 to 10). Ideal for labeling via Streptavidin for fluorescence imaging and other fluorescence-based biochemical analysis. For most fluorescent streptavidin applications, a concentration of 1 to 20g/mL is sufficient. The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
