CD13 Mouse anti-Human, BB515, Clone: WM15, BD
Description
The WM15 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to the 150 kDa Type II integral membrane glycoprotein aminopeptidase N. This antibody binds to GM-progenitor cells, granulocytic and monocytic cells, and mast cells, but not to lymphocytes, platelets or erythrocytes. Aminopeptidase N is involved in the metabolism of many regulatory peptides.
The antibody was conjugated to BD Horizon BB515 which was developed exclusively by BD Biosciences. With an excitation max of 490nm and an emission max of 515nm, BD Horizon BB515 can be excited by the 488nm laser and detected in a standard FITC set (eg, 530/30-nm filter). This dye provides a much brighter alternative to FITC with less spillover into the PE detector.
