CD27 Mouse anti-Human, V450, Clone: M-T271, BD
Description
Reacts with a disulphide-linked 110kDa dimer of two polypeptide chains. CD27 molecule is a lymphocyte-specific member of the TNF/NGF-R family, and is expressed on the subset of human thymocytes and on the majority of mature T lymphocytes. CD27 is highly induced on T cells after TCR stimulation. CD27 may be involved in cellular interaction of T and B lymphocytes. The antibody is conjugated to BD Horizon™ V450, which has been developed for use in multicolor flow cytometry experiments and is available exclusively from BD Biosciences. It is excited by the Violet laser Ex max of 406nm and has an Em Max at 450nm. Conjugates with BD Horizon™ V450 can be used in place of Pacific Blue™ conjugates.
