  • Indirect ELISA kit

Process:

  • N protein recombinant protein is pre-coated onto microplate well
  • Samples or standard added to well
  • After incubation, wells are washed and horseradish peroxidase conjugated anti-Human IgG is added to each well
    • Produces complex Recombinant Protein-human anti-NP IgG antibody-HRP conjugated antibody
  • After incubation, wells are washed followed by Tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) reagent
  • Solution containing sulfuric acid used to stop color development and color intensity
    • Proportional to quantity of bound protein, measurable at 450 nm with correction wavelength set at 630 nm
