Detection reagents used in BD™ CBA Human Enhanced Sensitivity Flex Set System consist of two parts, Analyte Specific Detection Reagent (Part A) and Enhanced Sensitivity Detection Reagent (Part B). Enhanced Sensitivity Detection Reagent (Part B) must be used in conjunction with Flex Kit, Master Buffer Kit, flow cytometer and FCAP Array™ Software.
