Prior to inserting vials, the unit should be filled with 250mL of 100% isopropyl alcohol. Once the samples have been inserted the unit should be placed in a -80°C mechanical freezer

- High-density polyethylene screw closure
- 18 well, removable polyethylene vial holder, placed inside the container, separates the vials from the isopropyl alcohol
