Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 μg/mL. Positive Control - WB: human 293T whole cell, human THP-1 whole cell, human HEL whole cell, rat kidney tissue, rat stomach tissue, mouse kidney tissue, mouse stomach tissue. IHC: human gastric cancer tissue, human liver cancer tissue. Flow: HT-29 cell, SW480 cell.
CA2 is one of several (at least 7) isozymes of carbonic anhydrase. Carbonic anhydrase catalyzes reversible hydration of carbon dioxide. Defects in this enzyme are associated with osteopetrosis and renal tubular acidosis.
