Description

Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Mouse anti Human CD43 antibody, clone DFT-1 recognizes human CD43 also known as leukosialin or sialophorin.

CD43 Monoclonal antibody specifically detects CD43 in Human samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.
