Invitrogen™ CD57 Monoclonal Antibody (TB01)
Description
For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. A suggested positive control for immunohistochemical applications is human tonsil. This product does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections but sodium citrate buffer may enhance staining.
CD57, also known as HNK-1 and Leu-7, is an oligosaccharide antigenic determinant present on a variety of polypeptides, lipids, and chondroitin sulphate proteoglycans. Its function is poorly understood. CD57 is expressed on a subset of natural killer (NK) cells and NK T cells.
