Circlegrow™ Agar is designed for rapid growth of E. coli and high yields of plasmid DNA.

  • CIRCLEGROW™ Agar media is used for growth of E.coli.
  • It also extends plasmid production past log phase.
  • Acceptable pH range is 6.9 ± 0.3 at 25°C.
  • Please note that the pH of CIRCLEGROW™ Medium liquid increases as the temperature of the solution decreases.
