  • The peptide from human cytomegalovirus (CMV) phosphoprotein (pp65) is synthesized as it is presented by the MHC class I HLA-A*2402 allele and can be used for targeted in vitro generation and expansion of antigen-specific CD8+ T cells.
  • The peptides were purified by HPLC using a water and acetonitrile gradient and are endotoxin-free.
