Invitrogen™ CRHR2 Polyclonal Antibody

Description
Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human (100%) Gorilla (88%).
Corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH; 122560) is a 41-amino acid peptide synthesized in the hypothalamus, and play a role in the neuroregulation, responses to stress and immune challenge. Corticotropin Releasing Factor Receptor 2 (CRHR2) was the receptor of CRH. The sepression of CRHR2 has been reported in various regions of the brain as well as in placenta, umbilical vein, heart, epididymis, gastrointestinal tract, adrenal and skeletal muscle.
