Description
This product is preservative free. It is recommended to add sodium azide to avoid contamination (final concentration 0.05%-0.1%). This antibody has specificity for Human CXCL3/GRO gamma.
CXCL3 may play a role in inflammation and exert its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion. All three isoforms of GRO are CXC chemokines that can signal through the CXCR1 or CXCR2 receptors. The GRO proteins chemoattract and activate neutrophils and basophils.
