  • Deoxycholic acid, sodium salt is an anionic detergent useful for the extraction of membrane receptors and other plasma membrane proteins and for nuclei isolation.
  • Deoxycholic acid has been used in a modified procedure to recover 40 to 80% of a protein from a 1 μg/mL solution.
