Terracycle™ Disposable Face Masks Zero Waste Box™

Use this Zero Waste Box to recycle:

• Non-woven disposable face masks, plastic face shields and visors, 3-ply surgical masks and dust masks
• We accept all types of disposable face masks made from plastic, such as dust masks, FFP2 (or so-called ''N95''), FFP3 and surgical masks (as long as they don't come from a medical environment)

Approximate waste units accepted:

• Small: 430 face masks
• Medium: 1100 face masks
• Large: 2200 face masks

Do not send in:

• Medical waste.
  • This includes material contaminated with blood or bodily fluids and waste that originate from health care facilities, hospitals, home care, physicians' offices, dental offices, blood banks, veterinary clinics, research laboratories, etc.
• Fabric, homemade or paper masks or other types of protective garments
• Hazardous waste (sharp, flammable, reactive, corrosive, ignitable, toxic, infectious or pathogenic) or material contaminated with blood which presents a danger to the environment, or to people
• Batteries, pressurized canisters, broken glass
