Description

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Monkey, Marmoset, Rat, Bovine, Bat, Horse (100%); Gibbon, Mouse, Rabbit (94%); Hamster, Elephant (88%); Opossum (81%). For IHC(P), use heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

Protein phosphatase that mediates dephosphorylation of proteins phosphorylated on Tyr and Ser/Thr residues. In vitro, it can dephosphorylate p44-ERK1 (MAPK3) but not p54 SAPK-beta (MAPK10) in vitro. Able to enhance activation of JNK and p38 (MAPK14).
