The new Sharpsguard™ eco 1 container, made using at least 40% recycled plastic that is used for the disposal of sharps that have been contaminated with medicines, but not cytotoxic.

  • Sharpsguard™ eco 1 is ideal for phlebotomists. Its push-down, one-piece lid incorporates a vacutainer remover, and will fit securely into our POUDS™ tray range and other carrying trays.
  • This container is already supplied with the lid assembled. Details about how to lock the container and keep the users and contents safe can be found on the label.
  • This container is for disposal by incineration or other authorized process and is designed for the consignment of waste categorized by EWC codes: 18-01-01, 18-01-03, 18-02-01, 18-02-02.
