The EVOS M7000 Imaging System, High-Content Analysis Package with 3D, combines the fully automated, inverted, multi-channel fluorescence and transmitted light imaging system with Celleste 6.0 Image Analysis Software, a full-featured image analysis suite with protocols optimized to deliver the most relevant data for a range of popular live and fixed cell-based assays. The EVOS M7000 system was developed to meet today’s expectations for publication-quality images and data with just a few clicks using its powerful and time-saving acquisition tools with enhanced autofocus algorithms and automated routines for microwell plate assays, time-lapse live cell imaging, area scanning in time lapse mode, and Z-stacks in scan mode.

Celleste 6.0 software allows you to customize image analysis to your specific needs or take advantage of preconfigured analysis templates optimally designed to segment and classify images from a range of common cell-based assays. The union of the Celleste 6.0 software and EVOS microscope empowers you to easily transition from performing traditional microscopy to high-content analyses.

The EVOS M7000 High-Content Analysis packages offer:
• Highly configurable microscope—with a five-position objective turret and the ability to simultaneously acquire images in four fluorescence channels plus transmitted light with magnification from 1.25X to 100X, the optical system can be easily configured to meet your sample needs
• Publication-ready imagery in a few clicks—including autofocus, stitching, tiling, Z-stack capability, time-lapse imaging and single-click multichannel capture
• Intuitive acquisition interface—easily program the EVOS M7000 system to run well-plate scanning, time lapse experiments, and tile-stitch/montage area scans in Z-stack and/or time-lapse modes in your vessel of choice
• Streamlined image analysis—Celleste 6.0 icon-based wizard-drive workflow eliminates guesswork when using the preconfigured and optimized analysis templates for common applications to help derive the most relevant results from image sets
