Expi293F GnTI- cell line is derived from engineered Expi293F cells that do not have N-acetylglucosaminyltransferase I (GnTI) activity and therefore lack complex N-glycans

Powerful tool for the high-yield expression of homogeneously glycosylated recombinant proteins.
