  • Compatible with both gravity flow and FPLC/LPLC/MPLC applications up to 200 PSI.
  • Available in a wide range of sizes from 10 mL to 650 mL, accommodating approximately 4 g to 300 g of resin.
  • Equipped with standard Luer fittings on both the top and bottom for quick, secure connections.
  • Optional 1.2 L resin reservoir available to simplify column packing and loading.
  • The 1.2 L resin reservoir threads directly onto 25 g, 40 g, and 80 g SINGLE StEP™ empty columns.
  • Reservoir enables convenient loading of buffers, solvents, and samples while helping minimize contamination and sample loss.
  • Each column includes a bottom frit; compatible top frits are available separately.
