Invitrogen™ Human Endogenous Retrovirus Polyclonal Antibody

Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Brand: Invitrogen™ PA14109
Description
PA1-4109 detects human endogenous retrovirus in human samples. PA1-4109 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects a ~55 kDa protein representing HERV-W in human placenta lysate. The PA1-4109 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues Q(42) R P G N I D A P(50) C of the HERV protein.
Reacts with a replication-competent human Endogenous Retrovirus (HERV) isolated from placenta. HERVs are a class of multiple-sclerosis-associated retroviruses.
