Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (89%), Rat (89%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-52596 (PA5-52596. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

FOXJ2 is a fork head factor that is expressed in many adult tissues. In the embryo, FOXJ2 expression showed a very early onset during the cleavage stages of preimplantation development. It is capable of activating transcription from promoters containing its sites.
