Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (89%), Rat (89%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-54972 (PA5-54972. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
NDE1 is s a member of the nuclear distribution E (NudE) family of proteins. It is localized at the centrosome and interacts with other centrosome components as part of a multiprotein complex that regulates dynein function. NDE1 protein plays an essential role in microtubule organization, mitosis and neuronal migration. Mutations to the gene lead to Lissencephaly 4 (LIS4) and Microhydranencephaly (MHAC).
