Recombinant Protein

Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (91%), Rat (91%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-83089 (PA5-83089. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.

STK16 (PKL12) is a serine/threonine kinase that functions in signal transduction pathways and transcriptional regulation. Protein kinase that act on both serine and threonine residues. STK16 may regulate transforming growth factor-beta (Tgfb) and vascular endothelial growth factor transcription.
