Quantity:
100 μL
Unit Size:
100µL
Description
Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (72%), Rat (72%). This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-110925 (PA5-110925. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Topo II alpha plays important roles in synthesis and transcription of DNA as well as chromosomal segregation during mitosis. It is reported to be a sensitive and specific marker of late S-, G2 and M-phases in transformed and developmentally regulated normal cellsTopo II alpha is also implicated in drug resistance of tumor cells.
