Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

MA1-10858 detects IL-1 Receptor from human samples. MA1-10858 has been successfully used in ELISA, radioimmunoassay, and immunohistochemistry applications. The MA1-10858 immunogen is recombinant extracellular domain of the type I human IL-1 receptor.

The IL-1 system includes two agonists (IL-1 and IL-1), converting enzymes, antagonists, two receptors (IL-1 RI and IL-1 RII) and the IL-1 receptor accessory protein. Interleukin-1 signal is transduced through the type I receptor.
