Description

Ambion pUC 19 DNA is digested to completion with Sau3A I

Yields fragments of 955, 585, 341, 258, 141, 105, 78, 75, 46, 36, 18, 17, 12, 11, and 8 bp. Markers are visualized by staining with ethidium bromide. Alternatively, they may be radioactively end-labeled with Exo- Klenow or T4 Polynucleotide Kinase. One tube containing 50μg is provided.
