Utilizes silica membrane-based technology that allows for isolation of 20-50 kb DNA that is suitable for a wide range of downstream applications, including PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, and Southern blotting.

• Long double-stranded DNA (20-50 kb) recovery
• Compatible with centrifugation or a vacuum manifold
The maxiprep format enables the processing of up to 10 mL of whole blood or other body fluid. DNA from up to 5 x 108 mammalian cells can be isolated. The purified DNA is ready for downstream analysis.
