Invitrogen™ Methyl-PP2A alpha (Leu309) Monoclonal Antibody (2A10)
Description
This antibody recognizes the C-terminal methylated form of PP2A (C subunit). The c-terminal sequence, as well as the carboxy-methylation, is 100% conserved in human, mouse and yeast. Western blot results show a band at 36 kDa, which matches the predicted molecular weight. The c-terminal sequence (as well as the carboxy-methylation) is absolutely conserved from human, mouse to yeast.
