This antibody recognizes Tn antigen on glycophorin A and glycophorin B in human erythrocytes. Tn is a cryptantigen which was recently designated CD175 at the 7th Leucocyte Typing Workshop. Tn antigen is not expressed on normal haemopoietic cells but exposure of the Tn is associated with polyagglutination.
Store at 4°C. For long term storage store at -20°C.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
