Description

This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • NRP1 is one of two neuropilins, which contain specific protein domains which allow them to participate in several different types of signaling pathways that control cell migration.
  • Neuropilins bind many ligands and various types of coreceptors; they affect cell survival, migration, and attraction.
  • Some of the ligands and co-receptors bound by neuropilins are vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and semaphorin family members.
