Description

Designed for manual or automated large-scale purification of high-copy plasmid DNA from E.coli in the 96-well plate format. Macherey-Nagel™ NucleoSpin™ 96 Pasmid Kit is an ultra-fast and easy-to-use kit that supplies all core and accessory plates, buffers and RNase A for the highest convenience.

NucleoSpin™ 96 Pasmid kits enable the high-throughput isolation of sequencing-grade plasmid DNA from E. coli. The proven 96-well plate format allows for easy automation on common liquid handling instruments or for manual processing. Up to 96 samples can be processed simultaneously, typically within less than 45 minutes. Uses include isolation of high-copy plasmids, purification of cosmids and reliable downstream applications, such as cloning, sequencing, PCR, transformation, and restriction analysis.
