Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody

Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human (100%); Gorilla (94%). For IHC(P), use heat induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

P2Y8 belongs to the family of G-protein coupled receptors, that are preferentially activated by adenosine and uridine nucleotides. The gene codifying for this protein is moderately expressed in undifferentiated HL60 cells, and is located at both chromosomes X and Y.
