Paper-Film Sterilisation Pouches have excellent bacterial barrier properties and allow for proper sterilant penetration, creating a high-performance and durable sterile barrier system that provides users with a reliable clean peel experience.

  • Pre-cut heatseal flat pouches (self-seal versions and gusseted versions available on demand)
  • Made of premium virgin-fiber 68g/m2 paper and multilayer green-tinted transparent film
  • Triple heat-sealed rail seals
  • Thumb notch and chevron seal at the top to facilitate opening
  • Exceptional clean peeling performance and high seal strength
  • CE marked per the Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745, class I
  • Compliant with EN ISO 11607-1 and EN 868-5
  • Sterilisation indicators for Steam (green to purple) and Ethylene Oxide (yellow to brown), compliant with EN ISO 11140-1
  • Allow for aseptic presentation of contents
