Description

The PathHunter™ U2OS IL2RB/IL2RG/IL2RA Dimerization Bioassay Kit measures ligand-induced dimerization of IL2RB/IL2RG/IL2RA. Bioassay kits contain all assay materials: cells, reagents, and plates.

The PathHunter™ IL2RB/IL2RG/IL2RA Bioassay kit provides an easy-to-use cell based assay to determine IL-2 potency and detect neutralizing antibodies. This bioassay assesses IL2-induced multimerization of IL2RB/IL2RG/IL2RA receptors. This product uses EFC technology. The cell line included overexpresses IL2RB target protein fused to PK alongside IL2RG target protein fused to EA and untagged IL2RA. Upon ligand-induced multimerization of IL2RB/IL2RG/IL2RA , detectable EFC signal is produced. Bioassay kits are a convenient, ready-to-use format which contains all materials needed to run the assay, including single-use vials of cryopreserved cells, cell plating media, control agonist, detection reagent, and assay plates.
