PhastGel Dry IEF combines the freedom and versatility of a homemade gel with the convenience, reproducibility, increased safety, and speed of a precast gel. The gel is easily rehydrated in a rehydration cassette.

  • Contains no residual acrylamide monomers or other contaminants from the polymerization process.
  • Before use, the gel must be reswollen with a solution containing carrier ampholytes and other additives required for the intended application.
