Invitrogen™ Pseudomonas Polyclonal Antibody, FITC
Description
The PA1-73117 antibody reacts with soluble and structural antigens from whole bacterium Pseudomonas species. This antiserum is not absorbed and may cross-react with related microorganisms PA1-73117 has been successfully used in direct FA staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. The PA1-73117 antibody was raised against whole cells of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, ATCC #27853. Short term storage of less than 6 months, store at 4°C, in the dark. For long term storage, store at -20°C.
