Invitrogen™ SCAMP1 Polyclonal Antibody

Description
PA1-739 detects secretory carrier membrane protein 1 (SCAMP 1) from human, mouse and rat samples. PA1-739 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunoprecipitation procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~31 kDa protein representing SCAMP 1 in rat and mouse brain tissues as well as HeLa cell lysates. PA1-739 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 1-17 from human SCAMP 1. This sequence is completely conserved between human, rat, and porcine SCAMP 1. PA1-739 immunizing peptide (Cat. # PEP-105) is available for use in neutralization and control experiments.
