Description
For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. Reconstituted products should be stored at -80 °.
Siplizumab has been shown to cause depletion of T-cells. It is therefore considered to be an immunomodulator in clinical settings where the depletion of T-cells may have clinical benefits, such as certain autoimmune diseases and T-cell cancers. In addition, preclinical studies have also suggested that siplizumab, by binding to the CD2 receptor, may selectively produce cell death and reduce cancerous cells.Specifications
