Description

Manufactured according to European Pharmacopoeia Chapter 4 (4.2.2) and prepared in an ISO 9001 facility. Sodium Hydroxide, 0.1M, EP Grade, Reagecon™ is a ready-to-use volumetric solution with 3.9997g/L NaOH in water for use in manual and automated titrations.

Sodium Hydroxide is an inorganic compound consisting of sodium cations Na+ and hydroxide anions OH−. It is frequently used a matrix and reagent in a variety of laboratory applications.

This solution is prepared by diluting 100mL of 1M sodium hydroxide solution to 1L with CO2-free water (where 1M sodium hydroxide solution contains 42g NaOH diluted to 1L with CO2-free water).
