For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. Reconstituted products should be stored at -80 °.

Tavolixizumab, also known as Tyenne™ (tocilizumab-aazg), is a biosimilar to Actemra™ (tocilizumab), an Interleukin-6 (IL-6) receptor antagonist. Tavolixizumab targets the IL-6 receptor, thereby inhibiting the IL-6 signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in the inflammatory response associated with autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis.
