Description

Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody

For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. Reconstituted products should be stored at -80 °. This antibody can also be cross referenced by the term NKTT320.

This gene encodes a member of the tenascin family of extracellular matrix proteins. The tenascins have anti-adhesive effects, as opposed to fibronectin which is adhesive. The specific function of this protein is unknown, but its deficiency has been associated with the connective tissue disorder Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
