Description

Recommended positive controls: 293T, A431, HeLa, HepG2, human TIPIN-transfected 293T cells. Predicted reactivity: Mouse (83%), Rat (84%), Bovine (90%). Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.

Required for normal progression of S-phase. Important for cell survival after DNA damage or replication stress. May be specifically required for the ATR-CHK1 pathway in the replication checkpoint induced by hydroxyurea or ultraviolet light.
