TCR V alpha 2 Monoclonal Antibody (B20.1), APC, eBioscience™, Invitrogen™
Rat Monoclonal Antibody
Brand: Affymetrix eBioscience 17-5812-82
Additional Details : Weight : 0.25000kg
Description
Description: The B20.1 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse T-cell receptor (TCR) V alpha 2 chains. This antibody recognizes the majority of the TCR V alpha 2 subfamily in mice carrying the a, b and c haplotypes. The antibody also reacts with the products of T cell receptor, V delta 8 due to the high degree of homology. Applications Reported: This B20.1 antibody has been reported for use in flow cytometric analysis. Applications Tested: This B20.1 antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of mouse lymph node cells. This can be used at less than or equal to 0.5 μg per test. A test is defined as the amount (μg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 μL. Cell number should be determined empirically but can range from 10^5 to 10^8 cells/test. It is recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. It is recommended to preblock Fc receptors for 10 minutes using 0.5 μg of purified anti-mouse CD16/32 (cat. 14-0161). It is also recommended that the antibody be carefully titrated for optimal performance in the assay of interest. Excitation: 633-647 nm; Emission: 660 nm; Laser: Red Laser. Filtration: 0.2 μm post-manufacturing filtered.
TCR V alpha 2 Monoclonal antibody specifically detects TCR V alpha 2 in Mouse samples. It is validated for Flow Cytometry.Specifications
