Description

Potent hedgehog pathway inhibitor

Vismodegib is a potent hedgehog pathway inhibitor (IC50 = 3 nM). It causes tumor regressions in allograft medulloblastoma mice model and tumor growth inhibition in a xenograft mouse models of colorectal cancer. Vismodegib is orally bioavailable.
