Description

Used to adjust the DNA binding conditions when performing post clean-up and concentration of large sized DNA using the NucleoSpin™ gDNA Clean-Up kit. Available in 50 mL bottle sufficient for 50 preps or 1000 mL bulk container.

NucleoSpin™ gDNA Clean-Up Kit is used for post clean-up and concentration of large-sized DNA.

  • Effective post clean-up and concentration of large DNA fragments (e.g., pre-purified DNA, DNA from enzymatic reactions).
  • Typical downstream applications: qPCR, enzymatic reactions, Southern blotting, STR amplification.
    • Not recommended for gel or PCR clean-up.
  • High recovery rates up to 90% for DNA fragments 100 bp–50 kbp.
  • Concentrate DNA sample easily and faster than with microdialysis filtrations units.
  • 15 min./10 preps – time-saving procedure.
