Cell Fractionation Buffer is used to process the mammalian cell pellet to obtain free Mycoplasma and then combine with the Mycoplasma pellet in the large scale PrepSEQ extraction protocol.

Cell Fractionation Buffer is used to process the mammalian cell pellet to obtain free Mycoplasma and then combine with the Mycoplasma pellet in the large scale PrepSEQ extraction protocol. This protocol can process up to 15 mL of sample (up to 106 cells/mL) for the detection of Mycoplasma.
