These vials are made to withstand higher temperatures and internal pressures required for volatile gas analyses.

Made with clear glass, SureSTART™ Level 1 glass vials meet US, EU, and JPN Pharmacopeia requirements and are Specification Certified to ensure autosampler-compatible dimensions.

Pair them with Thermo Scientific™ SureSTART™ 20 mm aluminium crimp caps and septa using a manual or electronic crimper tool to maintain sample integrity throughout daily operations.

Available as round or flat base:

  • Round base vials are compatible with most autosamplers and more easily handled by robotic arms that lift the vial from the tray
  • Flat base vials maximize heating efficiency in manual headspace sampling and are required for use in some instrument models
